We have decided whether we take your plans or not. Our opinions and decisions are as below.
1. Internal communications -We agree with 1st idea. We cannot realize priority without information. -2nd idea is good idea, but your proposal is insufficient. He may mistake response to customer’s problems without checking by other people. We decided new manager and previous manger be in charge of such as the Lawrence Discount customer.
2. Sales reps/Head Office -We disagree with your idea. Daily report may be convenient, but employees do not have enough time to read. Instead each division send reports to other related division if problems happen.
3. Customer Services Department -We agree with your idea. Because in this case nobody was not injured, people might be injured by our products. We must send the information to other divisions.
4. Other plan -In addition, we will take another plan. We will create new system that can share the information have problem.
